CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There will also be a $25 charge for any reschedules after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period. Anything after that 15 minutes will be $2 added per minute, plus your services will be adjusted to the remaining amount of time that we may have. Your appointment is subject to being cancelled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited after 30 minutes.
